Portal 01 was a symbolic and intentional act of becoming. Through holding deep presence with the fear and shame held in my body — of being seen, judged and projected upon, of taking up space, of centring myself and my desires in my work — I regulated myself with breath, stillness, movement, noise, expanding my capacity to meet myself and others through my work.
